When I was younger, my dad put me in boxing to learn discipline and respect. I believe that’s the type of workout I try to instill in my clients. Hard work, discipline, high tempo, and high intensity workouts. While burning fat you are also learning a skill, developing hand speed, and eye coordination. I promise by doing my workout you will become not only physically fit but gain confidence as well.
